* Please note - Our pedals are equipped to accommodate SPD cleats and or regular tennis shoes. For those who may be wondering, sorry we do not provide cycling shoes.
SOUNDcycle (HIIT edit)-
The perfect love affair. 2 heavy hitting formats. 1 class. 25 minutes of a quick, intense ride followed by 20 minutes of a traditional HIIT format. HIIT is LIT! *Bring your mat and tennis shoes if you normally ride with clips.
SOUNDCYCLE (baRRe EDIT)-
The best of both worlds in this hybrid experience. Our signature ride for 30 minutes followed by that burn baby burn at the baRRe. Please note this format, unlike most of our other formats is a full hour. Be prepared to sweat and bring your mat.

Because no cardio regimen should exist without strength training, we invite you to dig into our signature RR land format that combines synchronized movements with a variety of weight training with dumbells, kettlebells and other equipment.
