For this CYCLab, we've brought in an guru of food. Chris Bossom, Nutrition Coach and CFL1 Trainer, will be schooling us in what to eat prior to and after workouts, what foods sabotage our hard work, what food misconceptions we have, and what and "ideal" meal size looks like.
